My right rear fog light is receiving no power, I checked the manual and it says all of the fog lights front and rear are on one fuse

I dont see any broken connections around the socket and I was wondering if anyone has any advice on this ?

 

Is it the one that is supposed to light up or are you trying to make it dual rear fogs?

 

Its the one that lights up when you pull out the headlight **** twice

it worked a week ago but I dont know what happened to make it suddenly stop working

it comes up on the little display that its broken every few days but it hasnt told me anything was wrong lately ?

 

another thing, I checked out the fuses a second ago and the one that says it is for the front and rear fogs isnt even there ?

there are like 5 more empty slots too

That doesn't sound normal. Did you remove the fog light bulb? Is it blown?

 

Wait, we dont have right rear fog light, only left.

 

what ?

so whats the other light for ?

and the bulb is fine it works in the right side

 

Every Audi has right rear fog light, we dont use it a lot in USA but Europeans do.
When there is a lot of fog, this light on the right helps others to see you better.

 

so theres nothing wrong with my car at all, theres just a light that dosent turn on ?

 

audiprotein speaketh the truth. Our cars only have a left rear fog light. Seems stupid to Americans, but it's so that the driver behind you in heavy fog knows which side is your left. 'Cause they drive better over on that side of the pond, lol.
