Default Rough ride

I have a 2005 A4 1.8T with 35k miles. I have noticed over the past month or so the car is driving rough. I can feel every bump in the road.

Should my shocks be worn out with 35k miles? I took it into the dealership due to something else that was covered by warranty and they told me the shocks are fine except the back left one is leaking. They wanted $350 to fix it.

Would one leaky rear shock cause the entire car to ride rough? Can I but a single new bilstein shock or do I need to replace all of the shocks so they are the same?

Depending on how bad is your "roughness", of course one blown shock could cause it.
yes u can buy anyo ther shock (made for your car of course) and put it instead on that one... BUT you caw will officially become unbalanced due to different shocks.. so u still gonna have boundy/maybe even rough ride...
change them all at once, or just replace that one with oem @independent mechanic...

If someone is sitting in my back seat they bounce around like crazy. I can also notice a significant difference going over bumps.

I'll try to find a local audi mechanic.

Thanks for the help.

Shocks should be replaced 'per axle', just like tires.
