I need to do the routine maintenance for my car and I was wondering if anyone new of a good mechanic in Las Vegas to do it, preferable on the east side

ya, already changed the coil packs as well. I was just wondering if anything else needed to be done

More work may be needed, depending on the mileage.
Maybe coolant flush and brake flush.
