Something broke off while I was changing my oil. Help?

I think I managed to lop it off while trying to wrestle out the oil filter with an oil wrench. When I start the car, it makes a loud hissing noise.

This is looking from the top down facing the car.

Can anyone ID this part? (BTW, the blue thing is the oil filter)

Thanks.

Well the little puck looking thing next to the break is a vacuum check valve, so its definately a vacuum line of some sort.
It looks like you can buy that piece with the black clamp on it to fix it, just go to the dealer and you can look at the picture diagram (ETKA) with the parts guy to verify what you need.

Theres a T fitting that that goes into. Look under there and you should be able to see it.

PS What kind of filter is that? It doesnt look quite as big as the over sized filters for the 1.8t. I would replace it with an OEM one ASAP. They started using the bigger filters to combat the sludge issues we have
