Good morning all,

Recently i am having a problem with my b6 3.0, Quattro. I noticed that while the car is running on a road for a long period of time, suddently i looked over
at the temperature gauge and noticed my car temperature is recently drop from a midpoint to 1/4 cold position, then I accelerated it went back
to normal stage, but there times it took up to a minute for it to go back to a midpoint's position after i stepped on the gas pedal. I also noticed that, the last 2 mornings when I started the car my radiator fans are running for a minute or 2 then shut off by it self. if anyone knows a solution, I appreciate the feedback.

Yeah it sounds like the thermostat is getting stuck open. If your getting close to 80k, i would recommend doing the timing belt, water pump, and thermostat done all together.
