underboost after TB replacement

So last weekend I changed out the timing belt and all associated goodies and all went well. So after a week of driving and no problems a code was thrown, a underboost p0299 code. I've looked at all the charge pipes and everythings tight. Is it possible that some of the oil that I encountered in the charge pipes could have screwed with the MAP? The car boosts fine to its reg. 10psi or so, although I don't seem to get the original spike to 15psi that I used to see. I'm thinking the PCV is probably shot with the oil I have in the piping anyway. So it looks like its time to completely remove that system.
What do you guys think?
