What to do
Since April i was having this code :
P1103 Oxygen Sensor B1 S1
I kept clearing the code every time the engine light appear and since 4 days ago that code no longer appears , i was gonna get the sensor and now i don't know what to do , if the sensor is good and was just a glitch or if it s just dead and that s why doesn't show up on the obd2 scanner now .
How can i test if it works or do i just leave it , what to do now ?

That O2 sensor might be on the way out. Your CEL will go off if that fails as the downstream O2 sensor will notice that the first O2 sensor isn't working properly.
If you're going to swap out your O2 sensor, I would recommend getting an O2 sensor wrench. It makes the job a lot easier. You could try a crow's foot, but when I tried that I didn't have luck.

Remove the sensor, check it and the wiring/harness for damage as well as buildup. If its damaged then replace it. If it's dirty, remove the sensor from the harness and let it soak in gas overnight. Dry off and re-install.
An exhaust leak could also cause an out of range reading so check that too.
