My rear window control button is stuck in the off position. If the rear windows need to be rolled down I have to do it from the drivers side. You cant roll them down from the back. The on/off switch is stuck on off with the red off mode highlifgted. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

 

You might need a new window switch for the drivers door if the window lock button won't stay down. If you push the button down it usually stays down and enables the passengers to roll down their windows. I wonder if you could use a Vag-com to change the setting
