will 255/30/19 fit on my 3.0???

I am wanting to buy these replica RS6 oem style rims that are 19x8 and tire size reccomended by a guy at les schwab was 255/30/19. I just want to make sure that these will fit my car without any rubbing? I think 255 is a 10" wide tire. Currently I am running stock 17" rims. I also have the sport package on my car not sure if this affects ride height.

ANY HELP would be greatly appreciated ?

I am quattro so I dont wanna mess anything up running different width for front and rear so any help would be cool.

I'm thinking your 17" oems are 235 so I would worry that 255 would rub on hard cornering. I would also recommend against 19" rims unless you live in a world with very smooth roads and no potholes. That's an awful thin sidewall, which will also ride rougher on regular roads.

You can ride 19's just gotta be extra careful on pothole striken roads.
