Probably slightly faster than a 3.0 V6 car, as it should have a bit less weight and a bit more power.

That car, to me, at least, looks like a collection of somewhat sketchily chosen mods and poor spelling. (I can go into detail if you like, but basically it looks like they tried to cheap their way through a couple of things rather than doing them the right way.) I'm sure it's faster than stock, but I'd go into it with a serious dose of caution. Definitely get it inspected prior to purchase and make the seller show you receipts for recent services and mods. Also, if you want to actually see at night, rather than just annoy people with your purple lights, plan on replacing the headlights with something in the 4.5K-6K HID range - they put out way more light than 10K bulbs. (The number refers to color temperature of the light, not light output.)

Finally, I don't see mention of when the T-belt was last changed, so you'll want to know that in order to negotiate and/or plan accordingly. $12K seems a bit high for a car with 120K+ miles, even with several thousand dollars in mods on it. Personally, there's a bunch of stuff on that car that I'd want to change anyway, so I'd probably go into it looking to pay considerably less than the asking price, especially since cars with a LOT less miles on them can be had for less money.

0-60 is probably mid 6-mid 7's. Really depends on the clutch. And how hard it can be launched.

I'd personally buy it, but offer no more than 10k

An '04 S4 would make more power, is only slightly more than his ridiculous asking price, and would be more reliable...

An '02 S4 stock would be less than his asking price, comparable in power, but with much more potential overall.

I wouldn't even take it for a test drive at that price...
