Hi. I am having some problems with my A4 B7 with 103kW 2.0TDI BPW engine and 7 gear automatic transmission. Car has 250.000km but I have this problem since I bought it.
There is a lot of blackish smoke coming out of exhaust when I am starting car and driving. The smoke is coming during normal driving and even more when I drive it "stronger". For example if at lower speed/rpm I switch the gear to S position and push pedal stronger, black smoke cloud stays behind the car. I haven't noticed any other problems - car is not losing any power, not taking any OIL (I am changing oil only in normal service interval and I do not need to fill it up in between intervals) and I pressume consumption is not higher the usual (cca 7.5l/100km).
I am not sure if problem is related to injectors, DPF, EGR, Turbo or something similar. I have tested it with VCDS SW (I used it first time so I maybe did not test correct values). I have tested for Injector Quantity deviation - values on 3 Cyinders were between 0 - 1 mg/str and on one between 0 and -2 mg/str (one peak for 5minutes measurement had -2.5 mg/str) - graph attached



I have also done some other readings but I do not know what are normal values for those specific readings so I will attach the .xls file of the reading, please check it if you can.
