Hi everyone,

I’m new here so apols if my thread sounds a bit basic! Could anyone help me out with an issue I’m having with my Audi A4 2.0 s line Tdi 140 Auto (2007).

The issue is when I go to accelerate, the car simply gets stuck at around 40mph and the revs aren’t able to change back down.

I’ve had an experienced mechanic look at it and test drive the car for me then check for any error codes. But the codes came back intermittent and he said the acceleration was fine when he drove it. (Questionable)

I’ve also reset the gearbox a couple of times to see if that might help but it’s proved pointless.

Best thing I could do was film the dials whilst experiencing the problem, so I hope someone out there knows exactly what’s going on! 👍🏼
