Default dual climate control problem

Hi

I have 2007 A4, both sides temp set to 24 degrees celsius but the passenger side is much hotter than the driver side. Any idea whats going on and how to go about finding the cause, I am mechanically and electrically inclined and can do most work on my own.

I feel that the driver side some times blows cool air and the heater on the driver side is not working right.

many thx

I'm guessing it's the motor that blends the air. On my Jetta GLX with the auto climate system, I had two of the three flap motors go bad, and the climate system went crazy. It started swinging rapidly between cold and hot, and would start blowing on the floor, but then switch to the dash and would blow out hot as could be in your face.
