ok, so i have a 2006 b7 2.0t and my exhaust is rattling like crazy. ive crawled underneath and the hangers are good, although the right tip is hanging a bit lower than the left. it looks like it is resting on the crossmember just after the front tires.
im fairly new to audis and i try to do all of my own work, and the car has 102k miles on it, so should i just get a test pipe to get rid of those old cats and tighten everything up?
it looks like the sleeves are a bit rusted and old and thats what might be doing it

any one have anything similar happen?

 

if anyone ends up having this, it was the sleeve that connects the down pipe and mid pipes together. its a $20 fix, part #357253141A
