Default Front license plate bracket

So far I'm loving my 2006 A4! My car has the stupid front license plate bracket. How do you remove it? Can you remove it? It totally ruins the styling of the grill let alone the whole front end.

sure get a screw driver, take the entire plate, and bracket off. and it's pretty much common sense from there.

the bracket comes off the plate easy.

fyi

everytime you take your car to the dealership it's required that they put a brand new adveristment bracket back on BOTH your plates. It'll say the dealer's name etc.

You can get a blank filler plate, at the dealer or ecstuning.com or other similar places.

I dont think you understood my question but thanks though. I'm going to get a filler and replace it so that it's cleaner look.

Default Trade plate filler for plate bracket

Hey Gwon, is that offer to trade still good? I just bought a car out of state, and it has the front plate bracket, but here in MI it is not required. Is it in good condition? My plate bracket has no scratches on it.
