Hi I have a 2007 A4 with the US front plate holder (or bracket I am not sure what to call it) I want to change it to an europe type. I want to install something like this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...AQ:MOTORS:1123
but I want to know if I will need to buy something else or just removing the US plate holder and placing this on top will do?

I'm not sure that would fit. Here's one designed to fit the Audi A4 S-Line grille, and it is a little bigger: http://www.ecstuning.com/Audi-B7_A4-...lle/ES1258492/

The one you found on ebay looks like it only goes directly around the plate, this one goes to the edges of the grille (if you have S-Line).
