Default Help Please

I have a 2006 Audi A4 2.0L FSi Turbo Special Edition and i have noticed that when changing gears there is no drop in revs and i cannot feel my turbo kicking in is this normal or is there a problem?? any help is welcome am i supposed to feel the turbo ??? could this be a faulty Diverter Valve ??? I have recently changed the pcv and when doing so noticed oil in air pipe leading from intercooler. Is this normal?? Or damage caused by the old pcv??? Wat are the symptoms of a faulty diverter valve??? Thanks.

Thanks

It's possible it's starting to go, but if it really fails, it should throw a low boost code (I forget the exact code).
