Hey everyone, i'm new here! I've been reading through the B7 forum for about an hour or two now and i think i got an overall understanding of the B7. This will be my first VAG car that i've ever owned, so i'm pretty impressed with german engineering already.

Just wanted to ask a question: What is max horsepower these engines can take? I'm imagining they come with forged internals and a pretty beefy transmissions (VAG was the one to pioneer AWD right?)

I've seen kits from APR (stage 3) that alllmost make it to 400hp, 350tq. I have no plans to go any higher than the Stage 1 kit (this is my daily driver). but its nice to know, right?
