Hey there,
Was on a road trip and after oil change we noticed (200 miles away) that the oil level sensor light came on, pulled over to check oil nervously. Thoughts of no oil in the car at midnight was freaky, but all was good and I figured it was a bad sensor or the wire was ripped off by redneck oil tech.

So today I crawled under and nothing suspicious.... except when the sensor clip was removed, the whole thing was melted, I am guessing the sensor took a dirt nap and created a short in the 12v circuit and melted the damn thing.

I have been searching and cannot find how to get a replacement harness to splice in, can anyone speak to how in the world I can get this corrected as the tags are due and it is inspection time.
