On some of my cars the wiring is there for options I did not buy. Is the wiring and parts installed in a 2007 A4 to add automatic headlights by just changing the the dash switch?

 

<Bump>.... This is a good question and I'm wondering the same thing. Anybody that hasn't seen this thread have any knowledge?

 

i asked the same question to some mechanics, and they said no, but dont take my word for it because ive wondered the same thing., they said that theres a way of "rigging it" but no official plug and play set up that can guarantee that you wont burn a fuse
