I'm looking to purchase a 2008 a4, but I live in Spokane Washington and my local Audi dealer has a minimal selection. Surfing the net, I've found cars the model I want at a dealership in Louisiana. Does anyone have experience buy from out of state dealers and getting the vehicle shipped? Would I be beter served by contacting the out of state dealer or asking my local dealer to try to find the model I want--of course, the local guy is hot to move his own inventory.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Just have your local dealership do a search. Like the last guy said. They will dealer-trade one with another dealer, or order you one if they can't find what you're looking for.
