Yes, I did a search, and yes, I know this issue has been beaten to death, but I couldn't really find anything on B7 models and just wanted to make sure nothing has changed. Just looking for the recommended oil and filter replacements for a 2006 2.0T. I've read to use a 5w-40 oil, which I've been having some trouble finding. I've also heard that Mobile 1 is not on the recommended oil list (the oil I typically use). As for the filter, I couldn't really find any information on that. Any suggestions?

 

Check audiusa.com. They have a list of oils that meet their standard.

 

make sure you use full synthetic

 

Mobil 1 0w40 is on the list
