Default Purchasing 2005.5 A4 Help

I am looking into purchasing a 2005.5 audi a4 quatro 2.0T 6speed manual with 68k miles. My main concern in purchasing this car is not oil changes but the parts that will need replacing. This will be my first audi so i need some help. I really just wanted to know what kind of repairs i should be looking at in the upcoming year if i purchase it, timing belt etc? Basically what are the major repairs beyond the standard oil change that i will need with a guess as to the mileage these repairs need to be made. I want to make it so this car lasts me 150k+ miles. I will most likely be using synthetic oil and will be using mid or premium fuel at all times. Also I see a lot of talk on the bentley manual. Should i look into this because it will help diagnose problems that might come with driving the car and what the solution is, does it tell me when certain parts need to be replaced, or is it more for the DIY repair person? Since i am new to audi please give me any and all information you can to help me make an informed decision when purchasing this car. Thank you.

You can view the Audi Service Schedule on the Audi wesbite.

I'm at 83k and I'm gonna drop my car off to get the Tbelt done when I go on vacation in December, so probably another 4k miles for me. My list is:

--Timing Belt, Water Pump, Tstat and related accessories ~90k
--Oil changes every 7500-10000 depending on how you drive your car (5w40 Synthetic ONLY)
--Brake pads if your car needs them (along with rotors)
--Cam Follower (Check/Replace)<---mine already had that done
--Diverter Valve (Check/Replace)
--MTF Fluid Change (I've read its lifetime but nothing is lifetime fluid IMO)

Basically the only REAL big ticket item is the Tbelt change and you're at 68k so you've got IMO a solid 15-20k left before changing it.

Most crucial thing IMO is oil changes/oil consumption.
