My GF bought an 06 2.0T Quattro last week and thanks to me, she's also into the mod scene. We're gauging interest on what set of springs to get. But had a few questions too:
How does the car react to the drop? Does it become too harsh and crash over every bump? Or does it manage to retain most of its smoothness? I ask because when I had a lowered Maxima, it rode very harsh dropped. My 350Z feels pretty much like stock, just a little firmer, which is fine. And I've yet to experience a dropped Audi, so I'm curious how they feel.
If anyone in the NYC area would be nice enough to show me, that'd be awesome. Anyways, post your pics, recommendations, and thoughts of your drops. Thanks

If she's got sport suspension currently, lowering with just springs will make it a little bit harsher. If she's got the stock suspension, it will probably be noticeably harsher.
I put Eibach Pro-Kit springs on the sport suspension, and I think it's the perfect drop.
