Hey guys. So I bought an 06 a4 2.0t quattro. No CEL, everything seems to be good. Took it for a little launch test, and, now there's a noticeable rattle from under the car. It's most noticable at low rpms. Recent car converter change, so, maybe it's the heat shield? What do you guys think

 

There are so many bits and pieces under there that can cause a rattle. Best thing is to get it in the air and look around. Since you just had the converter changed I would start in that area.

 

Turns out that it is the rear timing chain tensioner. Thank you though, going to change the chain and tensioner ASAP
