This is how mine started. Initially, it was only around 35-45 (4th-5th gear, I believe). It also tended to happen more when it was cold. The problem has since gotten a little worse and it does it in 4-6th gears, but not usually at highway speeds. I'm pretty convinced mine is the TC, but I'm not replacing it until it dies and throws a code for it. Too expensive for a fishing expedition when I've just got light symptoms and no codes.
