Not too many people bother with turbo timers or power pulleys, but the rest is certainly good.

DO

Read my stickey up top (maybe you have as most of this is in there)
Custom exhaust with test pipe, and single Borla muffler 3'' exhaust all the way out to dual exhaust (Test pipe and muffler only will save you cash as stock pipe is plenty on our turbo's)
APR stage 1 chip (Stage 2 since you are getting the test pipe, more power same price)
New diverter valve (Stock D-Valve)
BSH pcv revamp (Awesome)
new cam follower-kmd (OEM is the best fit and cheaper. I have heard of issues with KMB beacuse of the size difference, don't chance it when OEM will be good for at least 30k)
either JHM or KMD Short shifter kit (sounds pretty cool)
boost gauge (good move to make sure you have no leaks)

DONT's

turbo timer (No need on these cars, waste of money)
power pulley upgrade-neuspeed (minimal if any power gain for the money)

Sounds like you are headed in the right direction.

get the exhaust and chip done at the same time and get the stage 2 APR chip.

skip the cam follower and turbo timer.

Maybe if you were getting stage 2 plus or larger turbo. If not I would not spend the money.

Sounds good to me. BSH, Forge and 42DD all make great slide in taps. Gauges are all personal preference but Eurojet makes an affordable Electronic unit. Electronic ones still use a needle but use a very short vaccume source to a sender. Super accurate and never stick.

Ok so are there two kinds of diverter valves? Kinda confused. There are the ones like the forge splitter that you hook up to the two hoses and then there are ones that are electronic like this?

Audi B7 A4 Quattro 2.0T > Engine > Intake > Diverter Valve > ES#263879 Upgraded Piston Diverter Valve, Electronic - 06H145710D

Im new to turbos so i dont really know much. Thanks guys
