What does this icon/animation represent on my dashboard?
AUDI a4, 87k miles, B7 2007, Convertible
I have added an attachment of what pops up on the dashboard. It is not a still pic on the dashboard it is an animation and it looks like something is overflowing. I checked engine compartment and all fluids look good and the temperature is fine as well.
Can anyone please tell me what this means?

Warning light...
Warning light came on in the morning and checked all levels and added accordingly, then light came out again at night

How did u fix the problem? I have the same icon that popping up and I don’t not know what the problem is, sometimes my car would just turn off after I crank it up
