I just purchased a 2005.5 A4 Quattro 2.0T about a month ago. Within the first two weeks, the car completely broke down on the freeway, and I had one of the ignition coils replaced. NOW my CEL has been going off and on for the past two weeks, and the car has been somewhat sluggish it seems. P0089 - fuel compression regulator 1 performance. After trying to avoid taking it to a dealership, I caved and took it strictly for a diagnosis. The print out says:

"Would need to start with fuel pressure switch and then retest vehicle. Possible other issues with vehicle."

Not sure which course of action to take from here...

 

if u just got the car is there any type of warranty on it? cuase withen a month should be covered it sounds like a lemon
