Default Low compression in cylinder 4

Im getting a massive misfire from cylinder 4 would low compression on a cylinder cause this I have 150psi in 1,2,3 and 4 is 75psi

Dealer says I need a new turbo new cylinder head and rear main seal 12k $ in work I say B.S.

thoughts? Could a vacuum leak be the cause of the misfire?

The easiest thing to do is change the spark plugs then put coil #3 on plug #4 (swap) . If you still have the miss on #4 then it's the cylinder. Also because you only have 75 psi in cyl 4 you may either have a leaking head gasket or a burnt valve which either way requires the head to be removed. If the valves are good then you have a cylinder issue and you'll have to reach deeper into your pockets. Good luck
