Buying a new a4 tommarrow How much can i talk it down?
 

I'm going to the dealership tomarrow and this is my first time bargaining with a dealer.

I'm trading in my 98 nissan maxima with 90k miles on it. The interior is alright the car is in fair condition. I'll prob get around 3k for it. The car is listed for 35k. Anyone know how i can talk it down to an average price range or what would be a good price.
