Hi can anyone please advise my audi A4 B8 started smoking white smoke its using oil and no visible oil leaks anywhere around the engine bay. It doesn't smoke continously stops then smokes. Any idea what could be the cause? There are no error or warning lights going off.

 

Does it smoke on start up (condensation?) or when warmed up? On acceleration or all the time? You say it uses oil: do a search on oil consumption and you can read lots of info on piston ring blowby in the 2008-2012 models. I just had my engine rebuilt to solve a 400 mile/qt consumption problem.
