Changing bulbs on 09' A4 halogen headlights

I went to Audi and asked them the numbers for the bulbs...
High's- H7
Low's- H7
Fog's- H11
I also asked him about how to change them and he didn't know.... Well if the guy at the Audi dealership doesn't know, then who does? Is there an Audi god that can answer this question?
