H&R sway bars are cold-formed and heat-treated, with forged seamless bar ends. Each bar is shot-peened to improve durability, checked for dimensional correctness, and powder coated. H&R sway bar bushings are made of a special urethane/Teflon compound to eliminate squeaks and groans, and never need lubrication.
