im looking for a 2009+ a4, i love the styling of the car inside and out plus the awd... one thing that always catches my eye when these cars roll by is the LED running lights.. ive been looking online and it seems a lot dont have this option, my first question is how much would i be looking at spending to buy headlights and get them wired correctly?

also, i notice some also dont have navigation as an option even though they have the built in dash screen, how hard is it to add navi to a unit like that?

 

The base premium package does not come with the LED DRL. Not sure if you can or how expensive to replace. Also the tail lights on the '09 are standard bulbs, whereas the '10+ have LED tail lights - I read someone on this forum or another having issues upgrading to the LED. If Navi is important to you, you can always just get a Garmin for cheap. I have the Nav in my car and don't use it all that much. However, the AMI is definitely worth it - I believe you need the upgraded system to get that. Also, the B&O system is worth the price. If you are picky about the options you might just want to look at an '10 or '11.

Just get premium plus and you have the option to add navigation and the LED DRLs come standard. If you want to just buy the premium trim, then you can do an Ecodes LED conversion and get an aftermarket navigation unit to work with the MMI like Xcarlink.
