Would like to know if I can switch a 2010 LED tail lights to a 2009 tail lights. Please advise. Also if there is a place or a shop that I can consult an aftermarket version.

 

Sounds like you are doing the opposite of what most ppl want to do I was a bit frazzled when I took delivery of my 2010 avant and found it still has normal non LED taillights, while it's cheaper counterpart sedan has them for the same model year...

I'm not sure if it's just the light unit or if the voltage being sent to the entire unit is different for the LEDs... Maybe someone will chime in.

I need to swap out my dull fog lights for white, also. Haven't gotten around to doing that mod, either.

 

Tail lights are essential for car. upgrade the best one.

 

I will trade you the normal bulb'd taillights from my 2010 avant for your LED taillights if they are a compatible drop in swap

 

I have the 09 on my A4 and I think the guy at the dealership told me that the 10's and the 09 is the same so I'll trade you. LOL
