Default How's your Sirius reception?

New A4. Sirius reception is pretty awful - getting about 10-15 significant dropouts on my daily commute.

I had a cheap Sirius unit in my old car with the cheesball magnetic antennae on the roof. It almost never dropped! Curious what everyone else is getting.

I've been disappointed, as well. My previous car had an aftermarket setup similar to what you described--- and I had far less dropouts. At first, I thought the dropouts on my A4 were the navigation system getting ready to interrupt the radio, but not so.

Well that stinks. Did you mention it to the dealer? I'm going to when I take her in for service, but wondering if there's anything they can do about it.

I've had my A4 for over 2 years, and the only dropouts I get are going under a bridge or down this one street in my city with a lot of tall trees. Although, it wont work in my garage. Other than that, very happy with the reception.
