Looking up at the little "welcome" message in the upper-right corner of my screen tells me that my last visit here was on 03-28-2008.

I don't recall the specifics of the message, but it was probably something like:

"Well, I just got my car ('05.5 B7 A4) back from the dealer for the 17th time in 19 months and 23,000 miles and this morning the coil packs are all f'd up AGAIN!"

Which isn't to say that I didn't love the car, because I did. But ultimately I traded it for an '08 Charger R/T, which I then traded for an '08 GTI, which I drove the **** out of and finally sold in favor of an '07 Saab 9-3 that I got practically for free on a CPO deal.

So, anywhoo...

The venerable Saab is going to my youngest daughter and I'm thinking of replacing it with a CPO A4, probably a 2010. If I do, it will get APR tuned within the first week (my B7 had an APR tune and it was amazing). Until then, I'll just be hangin' 'round.
