my key remote keeps getting unassigned. Audi A4, 2009, 2.0, quattro. I am unable to unlock/ lock the doors, trunk or set off panic button, however, car does start. i use the physical key to unlock and lock doors. This is the second time. I have two keys and it occurs with both.

Any ideas? no codes pop etc
