Warranty and Aftermarket upgrades

I was wondering what sorts of upgrades can actually affect the 7yr warranty i purchased w/ audi.

Wheels?Tires?Exhaust?APR upgrade?etc?

Are there manufactures that are partnered w/ Audi and their work does not void any warranties?

I know stasisengineering will not affect your warranty.

Oh thanks, last I looked they didn't have much parts for 2010 A4....but I'll keep checking
