Will not start.. P0016
 

Audi A4 2010 - 2.0T
I disconnected the air intake next to the air filter box last night and accidentally left it undone then went and drove a few miles to the store to fill up with gas. When I got back the car was idling rough. I killed it then tried to restart it and it just cranks and doesn't start now. I did have an error code P0016 but I was able to clear it easily. The car was perfectly fine before this..

Any help is appreciated..
