Default 4000 S Quattro Blower Motor

I have performed a search as to the location and removal of the blower motor on a 4000 S Quattro. The information is very limited, but from what I have read, it is accessible through the engine compartment. My question is this: Where is the blower motor and how is it removed through the engine compartment?

Well, since there were 177 views and no response, I'm guessing no one knows.

The answer: The blower motor is located in the engine bay under the vent stack. Remove the four retainer bolts on the vent stack and carefully break the black rubber seal. A bit of care must be taken in removing the vent stack as it wraps around the blower motor. I found that if I moved the passenger side of the stack forward and tilted it slightly it came right out. Once the stack is removed, The blower motor sits exposed and is easily replaced. A little bit of manipulation is required to remove and replace the motor however it's one of the easiest repairs I've made to this vehicle.

Hope this helps any of you in the future...
