The first Audi I had ever driven was exactly like that one.
What a great car.
I would havebought it, but couldn't get a loan for it since back then it was over 5 years old.

The '90-'91 Coupe is one of the few models that I have wanted to, but have yet to own. I have looked at and driven many, but never come across the right one (not even the right one for a project). Yours looks great.

I flew into Phoenix and drove it back to San Diego. VERY CLEAN garaged car while in Phoenix. Most people I chatted with on AW thought it was odd the car had no tint being a PHX car....repeat: GARAGED!

Only problem really is during it's heyday in Michigan it apparantly got salted up and the undercarriage is much rustier than I would like.

Other than that...it is now a Cali car. I just smogged it this friday, drove to AAA to get the plates, and cruised it around San diego this weekend.

Can you believe it was 75/80 degrees here this weekend???

Exteremely fun to drive. Very nostalgic feeling when sitting behind the wheel. Missing some power, but that's because i'm too used to zippin' away in my UrS.

I would love to make this a project but i want to see how long i can keep the engine stock. If anything I'm trying to buy a 91 CQ parts car from my friend only 2 miles away.... he ws going to track his CQ but scrapped the project. I want the entire undercarriage suspension from the 91 (which is different from the 90) because his isn't rusted either.
