whats wrong with the rear washer?
Well, my rear wiper works, sorta (sometimes it wont stop!) but i filled up the tank, but no juice is squirting out.. before i rip open the trim, what could be wrong? I figured the pump itself, or maybe the hose..it SOUNDs like the pump works since, when i hit the switch, i hear that hummmm sound, like i do with the front ones. So what do you guys think?
The only problems that I can think off are the impeller broke, the nozzle is clogged, the reservoir is clogged or the hose has broken or popped off. I would check the nozzle first often it clogs from evaporated washer fluid.
Is there any way to get the washer jet off without taking off the rear trim.. hoses look fine, i checked them out yesterday.. impeller broke? Is that on the pump? The pump is working, or at least there is power to it.. One of the front jets is clogged on one side.. what could i use to unclog them.. manuals say pins are bad, but i dont know what else i would have that is thinner... thanks for the info
I will look into it.. the rear tank was bone dry when i got the car, so maybe it is clogged.. lets hope so

The impeller is inside the pump, if it is broken you will need a new pump. I am not sure if you can clean a clogged nozzle. You can try a sewing needle otherwise you will need to replace it.
Try pulling the hose off and running it. If it flows water it is not the pump.
If you use shop air with a blowgun, blow air both ways. If it is a large fragment of dirt, it won't come out from the hose side, but most likely will be blown back from the nozzle side.
My book says to stick a needle in the nozzle to aim it. Not high enough, tip the needle up, etc.
Cheers,
George
