Hello,
I just bought a 94 audi s90. It had been sitting for 2 years, so it had not been run in a long time. Lots of leaves in car, took awhile to clean out. I got it registered, in Boston area, but now am going crazy with non-starting problem. It starts often and intermittently, but will not start if we drive it a bit and then try to start again.

I just replaced the starter a few days ago, and was hoping that was problem, but took it home, and tried to restart.. nothing. Also on way home after starter was put in, all electical things not working, windows, ect. The next day it was fine, (no more electical or starting issues) and ran normal for a few days, but then I took it to the store today and it wont start again.

Maybe it is rust somewhere, but body of car is fine, engine looks good and it sounds like it wants to start, just doesnt have that last minute spark to start all they way. Also there was old gas in tank maybe it clogged something?

I am lost The mechanic I bought it from does not know foreign cars that well, so I am hoping someone may be able to pinpoint what to do? I can give more info, I am just not a mechanic and not sure what else is needed. Any ideas appreciated!
