APR is pretty good but it only gives you a noticable power increase in the high RPM range.

I heard that GIAC is the way to go b/c it gives a better power increase in the lower RPMs

lol good thing u didn't ask this in the a4 section or u woulda got reamed for it. if you search there is a million threads like this one. for b5's go with giac. i've driven apr and giac and giac was much more fun. they both give similar hp/tq increases but giac delivers it more at the low-end whereas apr is more high end.
