Dealer fuel service interval?

Default Dealer fuel service interval?
My local dealer wants to do a 180$ fuel service every 15K miles on my 2016 A5. Funny they only mentioned this at 27K miles. Anybody want to comment?

stick a can of seafoam in your gas tank every oil change and it does the same damn thing
