epc no throttle

I have a 06 Audi A8L 4.2 and im getting a epc light with no throttle response.anyone have any ideas

Epc light trouble with no throttle response

I am also having the same problem with my A6 also .the epc light is on and it drives a bit then it does not respond to the pps .hope to get informed here
