I'm running a fuel injector cleaner hoping it's just a clogged fuel injector. As a side note I only feel the jerks from power loss when I punch the throttle, driving it normally (1k to 3k rpm) I feel no problems. Any input is much appreciated. Thank you.

Sounds like the high pressure fuel pump issue these are famous for. How many miles on that car? If lees than 120,000, take it to Audi for diagnosis. If it is the high pressure fuel pump cam follower, they should cover it.

The car has 143k miles on it. I don't think audi will cover it.

Found the problem. took it to several mechanics and they were telling me it could be the fuel pump, or the fuel pressure regulator, or the ignitions coils. But all I did was started with the cheapest parts first like the spark plugs. Changed them to copper core plug like suggested in other post. Now the car runs stronger than ever.
Hopefully this helps someone out there.

Question for ya, why copper core was suggested?
