Just Recently did timing chain service on my Audi A6 3.2L, when I got it back he said you have a broken Parking brake wire. I didn't think much of it given I never use the parking brake. So I drive the car home and it's driving smoothly no more rattle or rough idle so I'm happy. I park it for the night and in the morning, it won't start.. the battery is dead so I jump it up to 100 percent charge and it will not start. It was a 6 degree night keep in mind All lights and heating come on but it won't turn over. I go out about 8 hours later to try again and check battery level and it's drained down to 60 percent. Is this parking brake wire/or switch pulling power? It didn't have this issue before 3 weeks at the mechanic. Someone please help me get out of my driveway!
